Counsellors are not known for revealing too much about themselves but I want to share that for me, every story , every client is a learning curve and a treasured experience.
As many of my clients, I have started my counselling qualification without believing in the process but discovering what a true genuine connection and nonjudgmental acceptance can change for a soul was a humble revelation.
My Approach
I work integrative and that means my model is fluid, I tailor my way of working to each individual drawing from Person centred approach, interpersonal therapy , CBT, Gestalt and much more.
I am always trying to learn more in order to be better equipped to understand you.
I have 7 years in practice and I love working with a varied range age.
Sessions and Fees
Sessions are usually weekly and last for up to 50 minutes.
My fees are £50/session paid by bank transfer ahead of the session scheduled time.
I offer online counselling sessions but can offer in person counselling and supervision in Watford if online is not a possibility.

My location
My counselling practice is based in Watford, and I see clients from Watford and the surrounding area of Hertfordshire and the greater North London area.
For people who cannot reach these areas, I also offer online counselling sessions. This allows me to reach clients across the UK from the comfort of their homes. All sessions are conducted on a secure platform.
